Located at Westminster’s civic campus this modern facility and its attached parking structure was built in 2011.  J&M’s site concrete scope of work included concrete paving in broom, exposed aggregate, and Intecrete^® finishes as well as curb and gutter, steps, ADA ramps, and walls.
