Pasadena City Hall was constructed in 1927 in classic Mediterranean Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival style.  Beginning in 2004, this historic building was completely renovated to include seismic retrofit, ADA compliance, and the enhancement of several site amenities which J&M was a part of.  J&M constructed many of the site concrete upgrades.
