The Los Angeles Police Department is the third largest law enforcement agency in the nation with almost 13,000 officers and staff.  This stunning architectural headquarters incorporates exterior areas devoted to their administration and operation divisions.  These human-scaled spaces relate to the facilities employees as well as local pedestrians.  J&M constructed all of the site cast concrete features including a tranquil, horizontal fountain adjacent to First Street.
