In 2012, Banning Justice Center replaced the undersized Banning Courthouse, alleviating the shortage of space available to the superior court. This modern cast-in-place concrete building includes six courtrooms, traffic courtroom, arraignment courtroom, holding cells, court administration offices, a court clerk, court security operations, a holding area, judicial library, and facility support. J&M’s scope of work consisted of concrete paving, steps, curbs, walls (including retaining, seatwalls and monument sign walls), and ramps.
