The Public Safety Academy is a new addition to the College of the Desert community college located in Palm Desert.  College of the desert is nationally recognized as a leader in alternative fuel research and training.   J&M’s constructed architectural concrete elements including large expanses of decorative concrete paving, numerous site concrete walls, a focal water feature and a memorial to public safety employees who have died in the line of duty.
