Pavilion Park is a ten acre neighborhood park is in the heart of the first district of new homes at Heritage Fields located adjacent to the future Orange County Great Park.  Pavilion Park contains an abundance of park amenities that serve over 700 adjacent Heritage Park homes.  The construction of this $10 million design/build park was led by Valley Crest Landscape Development who constructed the project with J&M’s support in less than ten weeks.  J&M who constructed the majority of site concrete, was an integral team member in achieving this ambitious construction schedule.  J&M’s primary scope of work was the construction of decorative concrete paving and walls for the swimming pool and spa complex and adjacent to the community activity building.  Of particular interest at Heritage Fields was the various colored concrete paving areas installed by J&M, which consisted of a creative and uniquely playful, curvilinear paving contraction joint layout design.
