This elegant building is located within the Segerstrom Center for the Arts complex located in Costa Mesa.  Its construction was spearheaded by philanthropists’ Henry and Renee Segerstrom.  J&M constructed a variety number of architectural concrete elements including decorative concrete paving, serpentine seatwalls, trench drain coordination, sculpture, bollard, and uplight footings, truncated domes, curb and gutter, and brick subslabs.
