Howard Hughes Center Office Towers 2 and 3 are located in Culver City directly north of LAX International Airport.  The two buildings are linked by a large pedestrian entry plaza constructed by J&M that includes architectural concrete such as fine-etched concrete paving with varying integral colors, J&M’s Intecrete^® hand-seeded concrete paving containing recycled, bottle glass set in white cement concrete.  This colorful mixture of multi-colored flat glass and white cement has created a visual accent leading pedestrians to the building’s main entries.
