Element LA is a creative campus anchored by four beautifully expansive, adaptive reuse, bow-truss buildings which have been designed and constructed for a single tenant and its employees. The 240,000 sq feet of single-story office space offers the tenant an opportunity to “unbox” in order to create a working environment that fosters the creative nature of its employees. J&M contributed to this effort by constructing the site’s decorative concrete elements including concrete paving in several different finishes ranging from exposed aggregate, sandblast, simulated wood, a basketball court, building exterior courtyards, and steps.
Truly, this is not a typical working environment! J&M was proud to take part in making Element LA an enjoyable place for employees to view, contemplate, rest, collaborate, and to exercise.
