200-300 Corporate Pointe was renovated in 2004.  The project is nestled in a 22 acre master-planned commercial development located within 5 minutes of LAX International Airport.  The two buildings are situated around a tranquil pedestrian courtyard accented by an effusive water feature.  J&M constructed the architectural concrete for this impressive courtyard that includes cast-in-place concrete walls with a vertical rough-sawn boardform finish, heavy exposed aggregate concrete paving, and a beautiful water feature with accessible stepping pads added to enhance the pedestrian experience.  The gray color of the cast concrete walls were intentionally designed to simulate an aged appearance.
