520 Broadway is a renovated, six-story office building located within the urban core of Santa Monica.  J&M constructed architectural concrete primarily at the main pedestrian entry plaza situated entirely over structural decking which included J&M’s Intecrete^® concrete paving incorporating white and black colored hand-seeded aggregates, and cast-in-place concrete planter walls constructed in varying heights and angles finished in a rough-sawn board form finish.  Several of the walls integrated cantilevered custom wood benches and light fixtures.

520 Broadway won an Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in 2014.
