2300 Empire is a 7-story office building located in Burbank in an area whose primary focus is on motion picture and video production in addition to TV network and studio casting.  Tenants include many well celebrities in the entertainment business who also played a role in creating sophisticated design details throughout the project.  J&M constructed architectural concrete including paving and walls.  J&M’s Intecrete^_® concrete paving system which included hand-seeded colored glass aggregates was installed throughout the entire project.
