520 Newport Center Drive is located on prestigious Newport Center Drive in Newport Beach, one of the nation’s most exclusive business addresses.  It is in the heart of Newport Center, a 600 acre collection of high density residential, office, hotel, shopping and dining amenities.  520 Newport Center Drive is a complex of three buildings, two existing and one a new 21-story office tower and includes The Irvine Company headquarters.  Much of the existing site amenities have been renovated or replaced with new hardscape and landscape improvements.  J&M constructed architectural concrete along the frontage of the project including cast in place concrete walls of varying heights, decorative concrete paving walkways, and steps.
