This community owned organization was constructed for the benefit of the local residents and businesses of Burbank.  The facility includes a beautiful plaza highlighted by an artfully designed water feature.  J&M constructed the cast concrete for this striking water feature which integrates artistic components complimented by an attractive circular bowl with falling water effects.  Night lighting creates an interesting visual experience during evening hours.
