The centerpiece of this 1,600 acre planned community called Tustin Legacy is the retail, dining and entertainment complex called The District.  This immense retail center draws people from a large geographic area.  An important focal point that identifies this popular center is an impressive water feature at the primary corner of the development in addition to four other smaller scaled  water features.  J&M constructed the concrete support for all five of these innovative water features.
