Orange Center Tower  (formerly Koll Center Orange) is a 14-story office tower located in Orange with immediate access to the Santa Ana (5), Orange (57) and Garden Grove (22) freeways and Angel Stadium of Anaheim.  The building is surrounded by large pedestrian courtyard framed by an extensive water feature.  J&M constructed the architectural concrete for this impressive courtyard including exposed aggregate concrete paving, concrete bands, seatwalls, and amphitheater-type step seats that lead down to the large rectangular water feature that serves as a visual and audio diversion for the employees and visitors to this development.
