The Schlinger Chemistry Laboratory features a “green,” eco-conscious design, furthering Caltech’s campus-wide sustainable commitment. The building is LEED Gold certified and has won a 2011 Design Award from the Society of American Registered Architects (SARA) and a 2010 Honor Award from the American Institute of Architects (AIA).

J&M’s site concrete scope of work consisted of  walkways, steps, curbs, radiused seatwalls, and ADA ramps.
